원곡은 전혀 다른 내용인

사랑을 고백하는 곡이더군요.

간단하게 말하면 Sorry는 신나는 곡이라면

Love Yourself는 단순한 배경을 두고 부르는

조용한 곡이지요.

제목 그대로

너 자신을 사랑하라는 가사가 반복되죠.

특정한 누군가에게 하는 이야기처럼 느껴지지만

저는 그냥 저를 포함한 불특정 다수에게 말하고 싶습니다.

저스틴 비버(Justin Bieber)가 2015년에 발매한 앨범 'Purpose'에 담겨있는 곡입니다.

저는 제목만 접했을 때는 슬픈 노래일 거라 예상했습니다.

Love yourself가 그랬듯이 말이죠.

막상 들어보니 노래 자체는 신나고 흥겨운데 반해

가사는 제목 그대로 떠나간 사람에게 계속해서 미안하다고 이야기합니다.

가사에 집중하면 그냥 들을 때와는 또 달리 애절한 느낌을 받으실거라 생각합니다.

그러면서도 후렴구가 중독된 것처럼 머릿속에 계속 돌아다닐꺼예요.

제가 그랬거든요 :)
